There are a few steps you can take to ensure that your new range hood will fit your kitchen.  First, measure the height of your ceiling, then subtract the height of your base cabinets. Subtract the distance between your cook-top and the bottom of the range hood (approximately 34″). This should give you the height of your range hood.
